Test piece preparation:

1. Take out test samples according to standards or customer requirements.

2. Place the test sample in an environment with a temperature of (20±2)℃ and a humidity of (50±5)%RH for at least 48 hours.

Test steps:

1. According to the nameplate voltage value, plug in and use the power supply.

2. Put the adjusted test sample on the workbench according to the standard or customer requirements

European standard: Pour a stainless steel ball with a diameter of 5mm into the test sample to a depth of 30mm, place the test sample with the steel ball on the workbench, put the positive wire of the testing machine in contact with the steel ball, and the negative wire of the testing machine with the workbench Contact, start the test instrument, read the test data in 5 seconds, and then evaluate according to the standard or customer requirements.

Canadian Standard: Pour a stainless steel ball with a diameter of 5mm into the test sample to a depth of 30mm, place the test sample with the steel ball on the workbench, put the positive wire of the testing machine in contact with the steel ball, and the negative wire of the testing machine with the workbench Contact, start the test instrument, read the test data in 5 seconds, and then evaluate according to the standard or customer requirements.

3. Wipe the test bench clean with absolute alcohol, and then test the power switch of the test machine.

4. Put the controlled test sample or the test sample with steel balls on the workbench of the testing machine. The positive wire of the test instrument is in contact with the steel ball, and the negative wire is in contact with the workbench.

5. According to standards or customer requirements, select the test DC voltage (50V, 100V, 500V).

6. Press Start to start the test. Read and record the test value after 5 seconds, then press the stop test button to turn off the power.

7. Evaluate the test values according to standards or customer requirements.

8. After the test is completed, clean the test instrument and test sample.
