How to use Sharp Point Tester

Sharp point tester is used to check if the toy’s accessible position have sharp point which endangers safety.

Sharp Point Tester use-method as below:

1.Calibration program

1.1 Rotary loosening locking ring.

1.2 Turn on the test cap until the red indicator lights turn on.

1.3 Turn the test cap slowly until the indicator light just goes out.

1.4 Forward / back rotation test cap to determine the exact location of the indicator light when it is just turn on.

1.5 Rotary the locking ring aligns the mark line with one of the scale lines of the test cap.

1.6 Reverse rotation test cap, Retractive 5 grid scale. (the distance between the two short lines on the test cap is one grid)

1.7 Torsional close locking ring.

2. Test program

Place sharp-point tester on touchable point, put the point inserted into the test slot.

3.Test result determination

If the light turn on, it is sharp point, if the light never turn, it is not the sharp point.
