Scorch & Sublimation Tester used to test the ability to resist changes or shifts in color of textile under heating condition. Simulate the dyeing sublimation grade of fabric when ironing and under high temperature and humidity in daily life.
Test principle Of Scorch & Sublimation Tester
Scorch & Sublimation Tester can do sublimation fastness test under below three condition:
Dry pressure test: the dry sample under controlled temperature and weight, then heating a certain amount of time.
Damp pressure test: the dry sample wrap into wet and unstained cotton cloth, under controlled temperature and weight, then heating a certain amount of time.
Wet pressure test: the wet sample wrap into wet and unstained cotton cloth, under controlled temperature and weight, then heating a certain amount of time.
