Air Permeability Tester is a device used to measure the air permeability of various fabrics, textiles, and other materials. It is particularly useful for evaluating the comfort and performance characteristics of materials used in clothing, outdoor equipment, and other breathable applications.

This tester measures how easily air can move through a designated area of material under required conditions. Air permeability is often expressed in measurements such as cubic centimeters per square centimeter per second (cc/cm²/s) or square meters per second (L/m²/s).

Main features of the instrument:

1) Use a microcomputer to calculate the test data, eliminating the manual conversion process, making it easier to operate and the data is more accurate;

2) Use a high-precision differential pressure sensor to replace the traditional water column differential pressure method for testing.

3) Replace the nozzle according to the measurement range prompts of each nozzle. There are manual nozzle replacement and automatic nozzle replacement.

4) High-definition color touch screen display, convenient and fast.

5) The test parameters are directly set digitally, and the parameter units can be set as needed.

6) Equipped with micro thermal printer.

7) The bracket of this instrument is directly stamped and formed from cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface is spray-painted. It is simple, beautiful, lightweight, and stable; it also has the advantages of being rust-free and easy to clean.

8) The flow cylinder is welded with seamless steel pipes, which is durable and securely sealed.
