1. Friction head for plastic products, have been finished friction before going out factory, should no gap with stainless steel plate, friction head should be touched directly with sandpaper when uses. It is easy friction head to wear rather than flat. Larger gap with steel plate results in uneve pressure from the samples and impacting on testing results.

2. The speed of friction head has been adjusted, it is inadvisable to rotate adjustment knob of regulator.

3. Friction driving end arm (in-house equipment) have applied lubricant to ensure smoothly move and reduce noise, if AATCC Electronic Crockmeter friction noise of the apparatus largens in testing process, could be appropriate to add lubricant.

4. Show wear with sandpaper to test in the test process, so should exchange sandpaper regularly.

5. When start-up AATCC Crock Meter, it doesn’t work, so should check regulator whether is in working condition (pressing an end of white point) or check the fuse whether breaks up.
