AG08 Zipper Fatigue Tester Calibration Procedure

  • Calibration Item: Spring scale,speed.
  • Calibration Appliance: Standard weight,electronic stopwatch.
  • Zipper Durable Instruments Calibration Procedure:

1.Calibration method of spring scale:

1.1 Remove spring scale from the Zipper Fatigue Tester.

1.2 Calibrate the difference value between the weight of spring scale and standard weight by standard weight,and calculate the error value.

2. Speed calibration method:

2.1 Press “POWER” make zero in the CS column on the control panel, set the test Cuont in the CS column(which more than the times of calibration speed).


2.2  Press “Start/Stop” to begin, and the stopwatch begin to count.

2.3 When the stopwatch come to 1 min, stop count,and press “Start/Stop” to stop the machine,observe the difference value with the standard rotary speed for 1 min and calculate the error value.
