1. I. Calibration items: speed

2. Calibration equipment: electronic stopwatch

3. Calibration period: one year

4. Calibration steps:

Speed correction method:

i. Turn on the power of the machine and set the test times to be greater than 20 times.

ii. Press the Start button to turn on the machine and let the stopwatch count.

iii. When the stopwatch reaches 1 minute, stop counting, and press STOP to stop at the same time, and check whether the number of times displayed by the counter matches the speed.

Maintenance procedures of JIS L1058 Fabric Snagging tester

1. The surface of the machine should be cleaned before and after each test.

2. The moving part of the machine should be regularly filled with lubricating oil.

3. When the machine is not running for a long time, unplug the power plug.
