4. Calibration steps:

1) Speed correction method:

a) Turn on the power of the Durawash Tester, set the temperature to be lower than the displayed temperature, and set the test time.

b) Press the start button to run the Printed Durability Tester and let the stopwatch time.

c) When the stopwatch reaches 1 minute to stop timing, press the stop button at the same time to stop the instrument to see if the time matches the stopwatch.

2) Temperature correction method:

a) Turn on the power of the Garment Printed Durability Tester and set the temperature of the water bath.

b) Turn on the thermostat to set the temperature and heat the water bath, and press the start button to turn on the instrument to run the instrument.

c) When the temperature displayed by the thermostat reaches the set temperature, press the stop button to stop the instrument

d) Insert the thermometer into different positions in the water bath to see if the displayed temperature matches the thermometer.
