Calibration Procedure Of Hexapod Tumble Drum Tester
1. Correction item: speed, Hexapod weight
2. Correction device: electronic stopwatch, electronic scale
3. Calibration period: one year
4. Correction step
1) Speed correction method
1.1) Turn on the power of the machine and set the test times to more than 35 times and clear
1.2) Press the start button to turn on the machine while letting the stopwatch
1.3) Stopwatch reaches 1 minute to stop timing, press the stop button to stop, see if the counter display times match the speed
2) Six-leg weight correction
2.1) Turn on the electronic scale and clear it
2.2) Take out the full six feet and place them on the electronic scale to see if the weight displayed by the electronic scale matches the requirements.
