Velcro tape Fatigue Testing Machine is suitable for opening and closing tests between two layers of various magic belts.

Velcro Fatigue Tester makes the magic tape perform peeling and sticking actions repeatedly. After a certain number of times, the sample is rolled by the weight of the roller itself to make it fit evenly, and its bonding strength and partial bonding strength are measured.

The design of this Magic Tape Fatigue Test Equipment complies with GB/T 3903.20; GB/T 3903.21; ISO 22776; SATRA TM123 standard requirements.

Experimental method of Velcro tape Fatigue Testing Machine

1.Sample preparation:

• Magic belt hook and loop.
• Quantity of samples: 2 pieces each for hook side and loop side of magic belt.
• Standard state of the sample: Before testing, the sample must be placed in an environment with a temperature of 21±1℃ and a relative humidity of 65±2% for more than 4 hours before testing.

2. Operation steps:

1) How to install Velcro (take the above roller as an example):

1.1 Closely fit both ends of the hook surface and loop surface of the Magic Band together, and secure with staples if necessary

1.2 First loosen the upper roller adjustment button A counterclockwise, and then slightly rotate the adjustment button B to align the adjustment button groove with the roller groove.

1.3 Insert the hook surface of the magic band into the groove by fitting both ends.

1.4 Turn adjustment knob A clockwise to tighten the hook surface of the magic band on the roller, and then tighten adjustment knob B clockwise.

1.5 Fix the magic band ring surface to the lower roller in the same way as above. (You can adjust the button as shown in Figure 2-9 to make the groove in the appropriate position.)

2) According to the required load according to the test regulations, select the weight and place it on the load rod, and adjust the balance adjustment block to the required scale on the balance rod (according to the weight scale comparison table on the machine).

3) Turn on the power switch clockwise, set the number of tests according to the test regulations, set the test speed according to the test regulations, start the machine, and turn the speed knob clockwise or counterclockwise until the specified speed is displayed.

4) Press the start button and the machine will automatically stop after the set number of times is reached.

5) Press the stop button, then press the power switch to turn off the power and remove the sample.

6) Cut standard samples according to test regulations.

7) Carry out the "adhesion strength" or "partial adhesion strength" test according to the test regulations, and place the hook test sample of the magic tape on the circle test sample.

8) Use a roller to roll the magic belt 6 times to make the hook surface and loop surface tightly closed.

9) According to the test regulations, a tensile test is required before and after testing the adhesive strength and partial adhesive strength of the Magic Band.

10) Record its pulling force value.
