1. Sample preparation:

As far as possible, place the sample of the finished shoe in an environment with a temperature of (23 ± 2) ℃ and a humidity of (65 ± 5)% for 48 hours. This is very important for the test piece that has previously undergone an aging process.

2. Adjustment of test angle:

2.1 Open the movable door on the left side of the testing machine.

3. Installation of the sample:

3.1 Choose the appropriate indenter according to the toe size.

3.3 When installing the finished shoes, first adjust the clamp to the horizontal position to install the finished shoes.

3.4 After the finished shoes are installed, place the sponge pad under the heel of the test piece to prevent water from splashing or splashing into the finished shoes during the test.

4. Turn on the power source that matches the nameplate of the instrument, and then turn on the power switch.

5. Set the number of tests (click "99999999", set the number of tests, and then press the Ent key to set the number of tests.

6. Add water to the water tank (you can add brightly colored ink in the water to better judge the sample) to the position required by the finished shoe, then start the test instrument, and adjust the speed to the required test speed through the speed control knob. start testing.

7. When the set times are reached, the instrument will automatically stop testing or the finished shoe leaks, the instrument will stop counting and stop testing.

8. After the test is completed, take out the sample and judge the sample.

9. After the test is completed, clean and maintain the instrument.
