Hydrostatic Head Pressure Tester Common faults and solutions

1. Sensor pressure value is not jumping or the value is too large

  • Check if the motherboard sensor is loose. If it is loose, please insert it firmly.
  • If the instrument is not turned on, please click the clear button on the working interface.


2. There was no significant increase in pressure during the experiment:

  • Make sure the sensor is cleared before the experiment starts.
  • Check if the motherboard sensor is loose. If it is loose, please insert it firmly.


3. The instrument experiment is started, the clamp is not pressed or the pressure is not enough.

  • Check if the air supply port air pipe is connected.
  • Check the air pump pressure between 0.4 and 0.7 Mpa.
