1. Weaving production phase

Suggestions for raw material selection and process technology selection in the production phases are as follows:

(1) When selecting materials for pure spun staple fiber fabrics, it should pay attention to problems such as the length, thickness of the fibers, and if the selected fiber is short, the thickness is poor, which may cause more hair of the yarn, even not a woven fabric (such as cotton, pure viscosity, pure wool), which is not comparable to chemical fiber.

2. After-finishing of textile products

Customers often come to inquire about how to improve the anti pilling performance of finished fabrics to ensure that the retest can pass. For the woven fabric, only the finishing process can improve the anti pilling performance of the fabric, but the degree of improvement is limited, and there is still a high risk. Improper handling may destroy the yarn strength, damage the fabric structure, reduce the overall strength performance of the fabric, and other indicators are unqualified.

Physical methods include singeing, shearing, heat setting and resin finishing. The burning can remove the hair of the fabric surface, but the burning is over, which will cause the fabric to drop, the mount of the hard board, uneven dye, and even severe damage to the performance. Heat setting can improve the dimensional stability of the fabric, make the fabric surface flat and not easy to pilling, but the effect is not as good as singeing finishing. The resin finishing is to secure the fibers, the internal fibers and fibers of the fabric, the internal fibers, and the fibers and fibers of the fabric, and the fibers are not moved, not entangled in the process of friction, but the fiber does not move. The resin is overweight, often leads to the fabric hand-sensitive hardboard, and it is not water washing, and it does not work too much.


The following two methods are often used to improve the pilling resistance of fabrics by chemical methods:

(1) The cellulosic fiber is treated with biological enzyme. After the fabric is treated with biological enzyme, the fiber fluff exposed on the fabric surface is digested by biological enzyme, and the surface is smooth without hairiness, so as to improve the anti pilling performance of the fabric.

(2) Mesh treatment can also be removed from the surface of the fabric, so as to significantly improve the anti pilling performance of the fabric.

(3) The use of anti pilling agent can significantly improve individual fabrics.
