1) ICI Pilling and Snagging Tester is packed in a whole box. The wooden box is not allowed to lie on its side during transportation, and it is strictly forbidden to turn the wooden box upside down.

2) During the transportation and unpacking of the ICI Pilling and Snagging Test Chamber, try to prevent shocks or severe vibrations. When unpacking, first remove the box cover, and then remove the four sides of the box wall and wooden box base; the ICI Pilling and Snagging Tester should be fixed at a slope less than on the 5mm test bench, first adjust the four supporting bolts to balance the instrument, and then fix it.

3) The ICI Pilling and Snagging Tester should be used in a clean and dry environment, the working environment temperature is -10～50℃, and the relative humidity is ≤85%.

4) After installation, the ICI Pilling and Snagging Tester must be carefully wiped clean, and clean anti-rust engine oil should be applied to the metal surface.
