1. Before using the 5KN 10KN 20KN strength tester, check whether there is a reliable grounding device.
2. The voltage in the laboratory must be stable. It is best to install a voltage stabilizer in the laboratory. Do not use the Universal Testing Machine (Dual Column) when the voltage is unstable, so as to avoid short-circuiting and burning circuit boards due to unstable voltage.
3. When replacing the test piece, pay attention to the power supply should be turned off, so as not to accidentally touch the start button, which may cause danger.
4. After the test is completed, wipe off the residual material on the machine after the test with a clean cotton cloth to keep the Tensile Testing Machine clean at any time.
5. It is recommended to calibrate the test instrument at least once a year (paid service).
