Test method Of Helmet Anti-static Tester
1. When measuring the anti-static performance of the helmet, it is necessary to have constant temperature and humidity in the room.
2. Pre-test helmet must be pre-processed for less than 24h.
Pretreatment method:
Temperature and humidity adjustment: Place the helmet in an environment with a temperature of 20 °C ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5%.
The above pretreatment requirements can be combined with A705 helmet integrated pretreatment box (including UV aging, high temperature box, low temperature box, constant temperature water soaking box, temperature regulating and humidity box)
3. Apply two electrodes in parallel on the flat part of the tested helmet.
Electrode length:100mm±1mm Electrode width:1mm±0.1mm
Spacing: 10mm±0.5mm Electrodes should be placed in parallel The electrode material is metal foil
4. Bonding between the electrode and the helmet with a conductive adhesive with a resistance <1KΩ
5. Connect the measurement end of the high resistance meter to the electrode and read the resistance value displayed by the high resistance meter.
6. Exchange electrode repeated measurement once.
7. Record the displayed value; the average of the two measured readings is the actual measured surface resistivity
