Application Of High Speed Yarn Hairiness Tester
1. Yarn Hairiness Tester is used to test cotton, wool, linen, spun silk, synthetic fibers and their blends of short fiber yarns, automatic testing and statistical analysis of the length, quantity, and distribution of feathers, reach 400 meters/minute high-speed testing.
2. Using a high-speed industrial camera (CCD) to perform frame level photography of hairiness, process the captured data results, count the root number of hairiness, and generate the final quantity of hairiness. The imaging is clear, the testing accuracy reaches the micron level, and the repeatability and consistency are good. The product can actively detect and automatically adjust the light intensity during testing, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each test data, and greatly ensuring long-term stability.
