Shoes lining seepage tester used to test the waterproof function of rubber-faced, rubber shoes and shoes lining.

The fixtures are made of SUS stainless steel, which will not rust during long-term contact with water. Two-station current test, dual foot switches control left and right clamps, convenient operation, high work efficiency and accurate test.

Description of control panel:

1. Left pressure adjustment: used to adjust the air pressure required by the left clamp group.

2. Left air valve: It is used to open and close the left clamp if it needs to be inflated. If only the right clamp is used, close the left air valve.

3. Power source: The main power switch is used to control the operation of the entire machine.

4. Left clamp work: used to control the clamping or releasing action of the left clamp, press to clamp, press up to release.

5. Left air pressure: display the current inflation pressure status of the left fixture group.

6. Immersion time: used to set the test time of the sample.

7. Right air pressure: display the current air pressure status of the right fixture group.

8. Right air valve: It is used to open and close the right clamp if it needs to be inflated. If only the left clamp is used, close the right air valve.

9. Right pressure adjustment: used to adjust the air pressure required by the right clamp group

10. Right gripper work: used to control the clamping or loosening action of the right gripper. Press the sock once to be clamped, and press the gripper again to loosen it.

11. Lowering work: used to control whether the left and right clamps are lowered into the water.

12. There is a general voltage regulating line on the back of the unit, and make necessary adjustments when needed.

Operation steps:

A: Turn on the power.

1. Before use, carefully check whether the various parts of the machine are normal, and confirm that the oil is injected on the surfaces of the upper and lower pillars on both sides to make it lubricated normally (oil injection time 1 time/day) and prepare to start;

2. Connect the air source, open the "air pressure valve" and use the "left and right pressure regulator" to adjust the required air pressure and adjust the "water immersion timing";

3. Press the "power" switch, and the "power light" and "landing light" are on at this time. After the set time is reached, the main cylinder immediately drives the support rods on both sides to brake and rise to the limit;

4. Place the test piece in the middle of the clamp, turn on the working switches of the left and right clamps, and clamp and seal the test piece;

5. Rotate the left and right air pressure valves to the right, the sock will be inflated to the set pressure;

6. Press the "descent work" button once, and the fixture will bring the test piece into the water of a fixed depth for testing. When it is immersed for the specified time, the two fixtures will automatically take the test piece out of the water to complete a test cycle;

7. When the sock is found to be defective in the middle and needs to be taken out of the water for inspection, press the ascendant to remove the sample for inspection.

B: shutdown

Press the "lower work" button, the fixture will stop on the surface of the water level, cut off the power supply, close the "air pressure valve" and stop the machine.
