2.1Working environment requirements
2.1.1 The best operating environment for the Fabric Pilling Tester is the ambient temperature and humidity between 10℃～30℃ and 70%RH.
2.1.2 There is no vibration in the surrounding environment, no corrosive, flammable, explosive medium, no strong electromagnetic interference, and a well-ventilated place.
3. Equipment acceptance
During transportation, the Random Pilling Tester is best placed in a vertical manner, please don’t lie down.
After unpacking the instrument, check the Random Tumble Pilling Testing machine and accessories according to the packing list. If there is any damage or missing, please notify the company in time so that we can deal with it in time.

4. Instrument installation
4.1 Instrument placement
Place the instrument on a stable test bench. After placing it, adjust the feet to place the instrument horizontally and ensure that the four feet are evenly stressed.
4.2 Air source installation
Connect the air source at the air source interface of the pressure regulating valve as shown in the figure, and adjust the pressure regulating valve to make the air pressure 0.3MPa.
