Test Method Of UL Sharp Edge Tester (SET-50)
1. Install the test tape cap on the tester
2. Put the stress test head on the edge which to test, immediately use the 0.68kg force to move 2 inches along the edge, then back to start point, moving 4 inches in total.
3. After test, check the tape cap, if the outermost two layers (mimic skin) have been cut off, then the edge is sharp edge.
