Application Of UV Integrator
UV Integrator used to measure the UV energy of an exposure device. The main sensor of the measuring instrument is located on the back of the measuring instrument, with a measurement range of 250-410 nanometers. When measuring, it can be directly displayed on the display screen on the front of the UV energy meter and read out (in millijoules per square centimeter).
Test Steps Of UV Integrator
1. Press the "ON" switch of the Joule gauge 150, and the display screen will display "0"
2. Flip the Joule meter over and place it on the conveyor belt (the sensor is installed on the back of the instrument and can withstand higher temperatures)
3. After the instrument passes through the conveyor belt, the results can be read directly, and the UV energy will be displayed as mj/cm2
4. Before starting a new measurement program, the instrument must be turned off and then turned on again. The display screen will be re modulated with "0", and then the operation can continue according to 2.
Note: On the conveyor belt, it can withstand a temperature of 100 ℃ for no more than 10 seconds.
