Light Fastness Tester (air-cool), is used for testing experiments on simulated Light Color fastness, Photo-sweat Composite Colour fastness and Light Aging by Solar radiation of rubber, plastics, paints, paints, petrochemical, automotive, textile and other industries.
By simulating the climatic conditions such as light, rain, spray, alternating light and dark, temperature and humidity, etc., to determine the fading, aging, fading, transmissivity, peeling, hardness and softening of material products.
Features Of Light Fastness Tester (air-cool)
1. Using 6000W water cooled long arc xenon lamp, real simulated daylight spectrum.
2. High transmittance filter combination, use 95 % transmittance filter and filter cartridge, Irradiation energy xenon lamp power is lower, energy saving and environmental protection are being realized.
3. Irradiance digital setting, real-time monitoring, automatic adjustment, in order to meet the different requirements of the standard for testing optical stability.
4. The irradiation meter detection and the wireless transmission adopt the optical energy conversion technology to provide energy , No need another power.
5. BPT and BST same station ( equidistant ) detection test with the sample, truly reflect the test state of the sample. Test result use radio frequency technology is synchronous transmission.
6. Industrial temperature control ( refrigeration ) system, by water vapor produced water tank heating to control humidification system, quickly adjust the temperature and humidity, ensure accurate and stable temperature and humidity in the test.
7. Multiple modes of operation(Rain, alternation of light and shade, rotation), simulated real climate state.
8. All sample clips achieve separate timing, can test samples of different time in the same machine.
9. 7inch touch screen display control, Chinese and English operation interface, multiple test monitoring modes (animation, numbers, charts), multistage running mode programming, support online programming without downtime, easy to be operated and controlled.
