Maintenance tips:

1. Regularly check the control panel keys and the screws on each part normal.
2. Regularly clean the cork liner with suitable cleaning solvent, such as methylated alcohol.

Testing tips:

1. Maintain a stable voltage during use to avoid damage to the ICI Pilling and Snagging Test Equipment.
2. When the tube is replaced, the new tube needs to be inspected before use.
3. Clean the ICI Pilling tester for Fabric before and after each test to ensure that all fluff and debris are removed from the test chamber.
4. The difference in rating results for each sample should not exceed half degree, otherwise the degree of each sample should be reported separately.
5. If a new cork liner is installed in the rolling box, it should be test with empty tube for 200 hours before use.
