2. Operation steps:

1) Before testing, check whether the power supply of the Light Aging Tester is plugged in properly.

2) Adjust the height of the mesh, put the sample on it (some customers will ask to wrap half of the sample with aluminum paper) set the test time, turn on the power switch

Note:

1) Only one of them is turned on when 15W is needed, and two are turned on when 30W is needed, and then the lights will be automatically turned off when the time is up.

2) The power plug must be plugged in before the test, otherwise it will not work

3) This light cannot be viewed with the eyes for a long time, it will hurt the eyes

3. Test results

Take out the sample, compare the untested part (or one end) of the same sample with the tested one, and use the color card to determine the grade

Note: (industry standard) The effective value of the lamp light source is 500 hours, after 500 hours, a new lamp must be replaced.

4. Maintenance procedures

1) Cleaning: Keep the instrument clean at all times.

2) Do not move the instrument or beat it at will, and handle it with care when it is necessary to move it.
