Packaging Zero Drop Testing Machine is mainly used to assess the impact of drop impact on packaging during actual transportation, loading and unloading, evaluate the impact strength of packaging during transportation, and evaluate the rationality of packaging design. 

The zero drop testing machine is mainly used for drop testing of larger packaging. It uses a "fork" that can quickly move downwards as the test piece bracket, and the tested goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (surface, edge, and angle experiments). During the experiment, the support plate moves downwards at high speed and detaches from the test piece. The fork drops onto the bottom plate adhesive of the tested packaging goods, and is embedded flat on the bottom plate under the action of an efficient shock absorber. 

In theory, the zero drop test can be conducted from the zero height range. The drop height is set numerically according to the test requirements, and the drop test for large packaged goods and test pieces is automatically carried out according to the set height.
