2. Main components

The Launder Ometer is mainly composed of a motor transmission device, a rotating shaft, a test chamber, an inlet and outlet water interface, and a color touch screen. The rotating shaft supports a plurality of stainless steel containers with a capacity of about 550±50 ml, and the entire shaft/container combination device rotates 40 minutes per minute. ±2 times, the test chamber temperature is controlled by constant temperature, so that the test solution is kept at the specified temperature ± 1 degree.


3. Principle of operation of the Wash fastness tester

The textile sample is sewn together with one or two of the specified standard lining fabrics, placed in a mixture of soap or soap and anhydrous sodium carbonate, mechanically agitated under specified time and temperature conditions, and then washed and dried. The discoloration of the sample and the staining of the lining fabric were evaluated.
