Application Of Drying Rate Tester
Drying rate tester is a fabric automatic drying rate tester designed according to the requirements of the American AATCC 201 test standard; it adopts high-precision temperature sensor, wind speed sensor, and precision mi dripping device to automatically complete the fabric drying time and drying rate test.
The test host has its own control panel and display screen, which can complete all tests without connecting to a computer. It can also transmit data to the computer via wireless WIFI. The data is displayed and saved in the form of curves and graphs, which is convenient for users to analyze and print.
The instrument shell is made of thick aluminum alloy plate, which is durable and not easy to rust.
Feature Of Drying Rate Tester
Drying rate tester simulates the drying process of sweat on the fabric when the human body is sweating. The fabric is placed on a heating plate with a constant temperature of 37°, 0.2ml of water is dropped in the center of the heating plate, and a wind speed of 1.5m/s is applied to the sample. Drying; the instrument tests the temperature change of the cloth through the infrared temperature sensor; judges whether the cloth has finished drying. Test the drying time to get the drying speed.
